My compressor on my 2021 Tesla Model 3 stopped working, so I had no heat or air conditioning. With spring here, the mornings are pretty cold, and the afternoons can get warm to hot. I went to Tesla, but their prices were crazy high. I checked out a few other shops, but not many wanted to work on my Tesla, and those that did had insane rates. Then I heard about Italy Auto Body, and they came highly recommended, so I gave them a shot. Antonio and his team were super helpful and friendly. While other places said I’d need to leave my car for days, they got the work done the same day. Their prices were great, and the atmosphere was so welcoming that I felt like just hanging out there. If you have any mechanical or auto body issues, definitely check them out!

Excellent service when I got my car back look like it was brand new
Excellent customer service amazing absolutely amazing attention to detail when I trust upon my car because it was crashed while it was parked they came through with shining colors. They get the highest rating from me because they fixed my car and they made it look like new the car when I received. It was perfect. They even shined and buffed the car and detailed the inside of the car. It felt like I was getting a brand new car again. I will recommend them to my friends and to everybody I know I am definitely extremely happy with the workday they did to my vehicle and I will recommend them to all my friends and family and I would like to say thank you to Italy A &F auto repair for doing such a great and amazing job thank you again and again

Quality and Professionalism
We needed repairs to the driver door and front panel and, of course, the accident happened right at the holidays. Italy A&F picked up the car and had it back, in beautiful condition, by January 2nd! Everyone was friendly and professional and we highly recommend them.

Excellent service, quality work
My car got hit while it was parked, and the damage was in one of the worst spots. The A&F team did such a great job at repairing my car that I can’t even tell where my car was hit. I feel extremely confident in their work and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Recomend
Anthony and Team are great. The only issue remains Tesla and their IDGAF attitude toward customer service. Highly recommend Anthony and his team. However, Tesla is another story
