Erick said he had a good relationship with them, he called and they said bring it right in. His vehicle was running fine, his visit was good because Brittney figured it out.
Mark said even though they did a good job with the replacement of reservoir, what was going on before the vehicle went in there, was no heat on the right side of the cab. After they did what they did, it didn't really fix the problem. He said they were really nice, asked the gentlemen if the heater is blowing on the right side, was told not as warm-hot as the left side, the problem was more complicated than they wanted to get into.
Brittany stated that the business was patient and forthcoming. They are fast, convenient.
