This was a VERY bad experience
Our vehicle broke down and we had it towed to Jackson's. The next day, it was supposedly fixed, so the driver went out on their route in the later part of the afternoon. Within two hours of getting it out of the shop, it broke down again - with the EXACT same issue. Jackson's was unwilling to send a mechanic out to look at it, just to confirm that it wasn't something simple that was overlooked. It then had to be towed for the 2nd time in two days to OUR mechanic - which is much further away - to the tune of $550.00. Jackson's was also unwilling to pay the 2nd tow bill - which was due to their poor quality work.

Great integrity!
Our 2014 Ford Escape suddenly had the brake light on and a message saying that the brake fluid level was low right before the weekend, and when I got home we discovered that the brake fluid reservoir was empty and it looked like there was a leak near a rear wheel. We took it to Jackson's on Monday around noon, without an appointment, to ask them to look into this problem and repair it, and said that we were ok leaving the car with them for the week, given that we hadn't called them in advance. Early this morning they called us to let us know that the issue was a caliper that was leaking, and that this was something that they'd replaced just shy of 2 years ago, so it was under warranty and would be repaired at no charge. We didn't remember this repair from 2 years ago, but they had it in their records and did the work under warranty! Then they got the repair done by noon today. Great work and wonderful integrity to do the research to determine that this part was still under warranty.

Roadtrip repair
I was on a road trip. I live five hours away. I had my car towed to Jacksons when there was a problem with the fuel system. I had to return home, but Jackson’s was very communicative about everything regarding the repair and worked to get it done in a timely way so I could return and pick it up the following week. No surprises, it was right in line with the estimate and was a good complete repair.

Jackson's Complete Auto Care
I was directed there by AAA, but it wasn't disclosed that they were not open on Saturdays, so by the time the tow truck got me there, there wasn't enough time to do the work before they closed. I'm not sure if that was AAA's fault or the shop's fault. But it did leave me in a mad scramble to find another shop that was open on Sat, as I was traveling through and couldn't wait around for the shop to open on Monday. As far as the shop goes, I really don't have much of an opinion as they only performed the diagnosis at what I felt was a bit of an overcharge, nearly $300, but thankful that I had AAA discount.
