Derryl said they took his vehicle in, he was given the runaround, was told they didn't hear anything. He asked if he could show him the sound he has being hearing but was ignored and after 45 minutes, he was suggested over 2000 in services. He chose to leave, just paying the $50 charge for the diagnostic.

TO WHO IT MAY CONCERN CUSTOMER CAME IN FOR A RATTLING IN THE FRONT AND IT WAS NOT REDUPLICATED AT THAT TIME WE ARE NOT THAT KIND SHOP IF THE MAIN CONCERN OF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT REDUPLICATED WE ARE NOT GONNA SELL HIM JUST ANY WORK OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY AT THE TIME OF OUR INTIAL INSPECTION THE ONLY THING MY TECHNICIAN FOUND THAT THE VEHICLE IS IN NEE OF TRANSMISSION MOUNTS HE DECLINED TO GET THESE REPLACED I ALSO GAVE HIM AN ESTIMATE FOR THAT WORK.
ONCE AGAIN OUR GOAL AT OUR AUTO REPAIR SHOP IS TO MAKE OUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND MOST IMPORTALY IS THEIR SAFETY
