Check engine light
My jeep was misfiring not running right took it to Jamie's he found out it was a bad fuel sensor and spark plugs he fixed it for a reasonable price and keep runs great now

Excellent service from beginning to end!!
I can not say enough good things about Jamie's Auto Repair!! Rosanna was so sweet and professional! Answered all my questions with the utmost respect and patience. Spoke to Jim he reassured me everything would be fixed to my satisfaction. My car had been stolen so you can imagine the damage inside and they brought it back to brand new!! Highly recommend and will continue to go back for maintenance!!

Marco said the business did a diagnostic test and they recommended he return the vehicle. He said he didn't get a computer printout of the diagnostic but everything was handwritten, which made it difficult for him to return the vehicle.

Hi Marco,
Thank you for taking the time to review our business! When you first made your appointment with us, you scheduled for a used car inspection, and had explained to us that you were worried the dealership you were thinking about buying your vehicle from was trying to scam you into purchasing a car with a lot of issues. We then informed you that the cost for a used car inspection is $139.00, to which you said you were fine with paying and that you would have the dealership reimburse you for the charge. After we completed the inspection, we then called you and explained the vehicle had a lot of problems and codes, and recommended that you look for a different vehicle. You then asked us if we could call the dealership to receive payment from them, which dealerships never do, and reaching out to a dealership is not something we usually do. We called the dealership anyway, and they explained to us that you were never meant to leave the car with us, and that you were supposed to have waited with the vehicle while we inspected it. When you came in to pick up the vehicle, we then gave you a copy of a filled-out used car inspection sheet and a copy of all of the codes the tech found, with details of what each code meant. We are very sorry you had issues returning the vehicle to the dealership, but we hope this does not reflect on our business as a whole.

Great service and excellent communication.
My truck went in for a brake issue and overall safety check before a long road trip, any and all issues were addressed and communicated before just doing the work. The truck feels great and I'm very happy I brought it in prior to this long trip, will definitely return for any further work

I am happy with my oil change but didn’t realize that when I got a call and they asked if I wanted a quote for breaks that they were going to charge me almost $70 to get me the quote. If that was told me I would have said not thank you. You should really tell people that on the phone.

Fast, friendly service
My first experience with Jamie’s after moving to the area was dropping my car off after hours to be worked on the next day. I had planned to get an Uber home, but the owner’s uncle offered me a ride instead. The next day the shop kept me up-to-date and got my car done in plenty of time to pick it up after I was done with work. No issues.
