Problem with quote
The access to service was great. I was able to get right in. I had trouble viewing the quote in the pdf. We agreed to one price for service, but the price was much different when we came to get the car. That was disappointing. The service was great though and the car seems to be in top form.

Another repair finished on time and under the estimated coat
My car required a repair that was done on time and under the estimate. The staff is always friendly and goes over what was done and anything found while my car was being served

My car fells like a new car
I do not know what kind of Popeye Spinach they used on the car. But it feels more stable, drives better the response is fantastic during acceleration in traffic and I no longer feel like is going to break down at any moment because of the shakiness. I still have some minor things that I need to finish, however their level of excellence and Integrity cannot be found nowadays. NO SURPRISES, NO OOPS! when it comes to paying. What they quote is what you pay. They do not keep your car forever and 3 days, if they say 1 day, it's 1 day.... I am beginning to enjoy my car so much more now than before. And for a single woman on a tight budget that is very important to me.

I had an oil change
They even replaced bulbs on my license plate area that were not working. They found corrosion on my battery terminals and cleaned them and put on a corrosion preventive. I get such good treatment at Japanese Auto Specialists that I leave with the feeling of gratitude that I have the good fortune to have them keep my car in the best condition it can be in. It gives me peace of mind and David Genchur is a perfectionist. He stand behind their work completely. He explains everything I ask about with friendliness and sometimes funny stories. They are a great place to take your vehicle to for big or small needs.

Great Mechanic
My wife and I have been coming here for years and have always gotten the best service. David and his team are highly knowledgeable and always provide detailed information about my vehicle’s issues. They do not cut corners and always give it to us straight good and bad. I cannot recommend them enough.
