Women friendly
I am very skeptical about who I allow to work on my vehicle as A lot of shops will cause another issue while fixing what you take the car in for. I was extremely cautious because I am a woman and didn't want to get taken advantage of. I felt VERY comfortable with having my car towed and serviced by Jay's and I will recommend any women that is looking for an auto shop in which you will not be taken advantage of. Customer Service is great as well, which is another plus. I live on the Westside but will definitely travel to the Eastside as I am a loyal customer now.

Jay’s Auto Repair has been my choice for car maintenance for 10+ years.

Jay Salaytah owns Jays Auto Repair and his shop has maintained its AAA Rating for as long as I’ve had my vehicle(s). This rating made me feel comfortable especially when AAA suggested I give Jay’s Auto Repair a try more than 10-yrs ago.

Jay is a hands-on owner who works on jobs alongside his staff and he isn’t afraid to get his hands dirt :-). If you ask me, QUALITY is Jay’s middle name.

10-yrs + of providing quality service(s) is nothing to sneeze at!

Jay's Auto Repair is the Best!!!
Owning and operating a vehicle with reliable brakes has always been important to me. Last week I took my car in for a routine maintenance check. After a test drive, the mechanic realized that the brakes were not quite right. I was expecting to pay after the work was completed, but the owner discovered that the brake job was still under warranty and repairs were made at zero cost to me!!!
Believe me, this owner and his team are always on top of things! I cannot imagine taking my car anywhere else!
