In the ad for the Ford expedition says no mechanical issues no problems whatsoever. I brought the vehicle I got half way home,( I live 22 minutes away) the car turned off. I had my kids in the car. I called him no answer. After a few minutes it started back . I left a message about this issue. This kept happening I was scared to use the car I felt unsafe I checked the title to see it's history the title didn't match the vehicle he sold me. I called to exchange the car he said ok when some come in and asked for more money I explained I will take a compact car even though he said the 8 seater works great. Weeks went by and he left stuck with a vehicle I can't get registered or drive he won't respond to my calls or text. I need a vehicle I have to go to work and support my 6 children.

Do not deal with this company JC ya being called Vineland Towing Brought my vehicle (Saturn truck)in for service for brakes and when it was time to get picked up my lights where on my dash...Robbed me and wife for the service they performed and charge a high amount of money

Absolutely Terrible
I recently got my car towed although for the past 12 hours I did not know if it was towed or stolen. The website claims they are open until 11pm but they actually close at 5pm. After calling for over 10 hours I finally heard back from someone confirming it’s been towed. They only accept cash payments, are so unprofessional and unreliable. Costing $350 when it would have been cheaper if they answered the phone but they want their money. Do not use them for any service they over charge.

Horrible place with insane policies
We had a car get towed and within the hour we called to get it picked up mind you this is about noon and their website says they are open late. Based off of friends’ past experience I knew they only accept cash when a car gets towed (little sketchy but ok) we were told even though they were open the lot was not and no one was allowed back there. Well I pointed out if no one is allowed back how come someone went back there to place the car back there in the first place? They said no civilians, well last time I dropped someone off they said a worker went back in the lot and brought the car to the front. Now they are forcing us to pay for two nights (about 400 dollars) when it’s their fault we are being forced to pay in cash and are being told we cannot come get the car. The woman was not helpful and just said she enforces policies. Well if policy is to rob people then job well done. I stated I would like her boss to be told that I am making a formal complaint that this is crazy I can’t come get the car less than an hour after it was towed to pay one day fee and now am being forced to pay two days. I explained we are trying to lower the cost to us and also free up their lot for customers cars, but this did nothing. She said she would tell her boss but I highly doubt she will. Past experience with these people also shows how though some workers are nice enough the place is owned by a crook who wants all the cash he can get from people who were going to use the money for things like food and living arrangements. If you take someone’s car because they are parked in the wrong place ok their fault but if they are trying to come get the car you need to let them get the car, not hold it hostage so you can make extra cash.

Stay away from company! They are crooked the owner also owns UA Auto in Vineland. They overcharge they charge for work they say they did and didn’t !! The owner is under investigation with the labor board as well as the IRS and just follow Facebook and see what damages they do and try to cover up. They will lie too your face they will tell you what you want to hear. Google the owners name Mark Babenko and you will see him in former court proceeding and so many consumer affair complaints. This goes for both their shops at Turnersville which a racist guy named Bill Hayes ran and as far as Vineland they just do what the owner tells them to do which is lie steal and cheat and get customers to pay cash so they can’t dispute charges. Stay away from these shops

not good....
ok....so had car for a month...put all kinds of parts on.....bring home ,take to dealership broke all kinds of parts...then it starts to leak within a couple days...bring back they have for two weeks ...on the pick up said was a loose hose and they were busy...guess what ive had it back for a couple days and its leaking....wtf they can tow... 2000 down the tube

Highway Robbery
Towed my sons car in from AAA to there shop didn't give him a choice. tried to extort him almost $1,000.00 for repairs that shouldn't cost over $300.00 and whe he wanted to leave because they are crooks they hot him for a diagnostic fee when they just got paid by AAA to tow it 3 miles.......

Didn’t tell me about fees.
I had my car towed over a week ago, my car had a never ending list of issues so i told the guy i knew this wasn’t gonna be a cheap repair and i really didnt wanna put money into it, none at all, not even a penny. He said oh of course i understand if you tow it to our place we won’t charge anything. Well he FAILED to mention the diagnostic fee, but me and my mother who was with me made it very clear we weren’t putting a cent more into that thing. Well i called and of course it’s a big repair so i said okay i figured I’ll just have it towed back here and I’ll junk it then they tell me i need to pay them an $86 diagnostics fee. No way I’m gonna pay you $86 just to have that stupid car junked forget that. It’s ridiculous that the tow truck driver didn’t inform me of the fee.
