Dawn said the speed of the diagnosis, the honesty in sharing the diagnosis, efficiency and quality in the work done. She said she has had no problems and she thinks the price was reasonable, but she also didn't go anywhere else to be sure.

Always fantastic!
I have been coming here for about 4 years. I will never go anywhere else! I have been done wrong by other places. JDM has always been honest and when I have questions they are always answer honestly. When you don't need service for something yet. They tell you. They also recommend services when they are needed. Recently I went in for an oil change but had a question about break fluid amd other things. They checked everything and yes I did need a break flush. But 2 other concerns they said were not necessary yet. I love their honesty!

They did a great job with my brakes
I called them in the morning for my brake problems and immediately took me in. They finished the job before the mentioned time I’m gonna need the car. They did a great job! I feel like i’m driving a brand new car with my new brakes.LOL! Only thing is that I pay a hefty price I don't know I did not check around but it might be just me.Excellent service otherwise!!! :) Hoping to get discount next time.Will come back for sure :)

Oil Change
Sent my son to JDM for an oil change on his '17 Accord. Also, had a loose splash guard under the engine. They did the oil change and replaced 2 fasteners for the splash guard. Only charged $5 for that repair.

Emission problem
Dropped off vehicle, they let me know what the issue was. Had to leave car overnight. Was done early next morning. Have had other work done there
No issues. Quality work!
