Terrible experience
The sales manager, Zachary Purvis and finance manager David Lenkowski were so nice during the pre-purchase process. Both answered phone calls and emails very quickly. As soon as the purchase was over, both did not answer emails, texts or phone calls. I had to get Genesis corporate involved to obtain required certified preowned paperwork and finance information. Never received a simple thank you for purchasing from their dealership. They received their sales and money and did not want to followup with a new customer. I expected so much more from a Genesis dealership.

Daniel Metz and Adam Croner
Daniel Metz is PHENOMENAL! He went above and beyond in taking care of Peppermint! All I asked him to do was make sure they put her sunglasses on while she was outside over the weekend. On Monday when I picked her up he told me that they kept her inside all weekend. I also want to say thank you for everything that you do for Peppermint. I really appreciate it.

Five Star Service!
I have been purchasing cars for 52 years. Most of those have been BMW's, Mercedes and Infinity's. I purchased a new Genesis GV80 last year. I love this SUV. Recently there were some service lights coming on for the ABS and Driver Assist features. Although I live an hour from Ocala, FL I had a bad service experience (or lack thereof) with our Genesis dealer here in Gainesville and decided to call Jenkins Genesis of Ocala. What a pleasant experience. From the time I called to schedule an appointment to meeting my service advisor, Adam Croner the customer service I received was beyond! Adam could not have been more professional, helpful and caring. He had great product knowledge, people skills and truly cared about me - the customer. I can honestly say that with Jenkins service experience was better in every way than any of the car manufacturers and dealerships I mentioned. What a great dealership. The beautiful new waiting area was fantastic with internet, a cafe and large screen TV's. Everyone was clearly well trained and knew how customers should be teated. Keep up the great work. I will certainly come back to your dealership for service and for the purchase of my next Genesis.

Gorgeous car
Love my new G80! It replaces a 5 year old Genesis G80 which was a great car! This one has a lot more technology which is taking a little getting used to but just need to take the time to become familiar with it all. It is a very special car and my friends and family are jealous!

Big change in attitude and a much more professional sales person (Matt Valila)
I was contacted by a lady (via concierge) who could not offer the color and spec I was looking for.
I had to make a trip to Ocala so I left her a mail to see if she was available 3 days before my trip but I got no response. When I arrived I asked if she was available and she actually came to see me and I told her I just wanted to to see what inventory Jenkins had. She then passed me on to Matt which turned out to be a great move and as a result I took out a lease on my GV 80. Matt’s follow up to make sure I was happy was exceptional.
Between Matt and a lady called Heidi (customer support) who I have so far only spoken to on the phone, I have turned my opinion about Jenkins 100% from negative to positive.
