Honest Business

Dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation and 1 tire replacement because it had a screw in the tread near the side wall. Turned out the screw was only on the surface and had not damaged the tire. They could have replaced the tire but instead did only what need to be done. There are not many businesses I would trust to be this honest.

JL's customer service is top notch.

I would never go anywhere else. JL's customer service is top notch. I was having to jump start my car every other day for a week. I stopped in on a Saturday to make an appointment. Duane said we can take a look. Right away, they tested my battery (it was bad) and replaced it. Jared informed me that I was a few hundred miles from my next oil change, and would I like that done or did I want to come back. Done. They are kind, courteous, efficient and honest. Highly recommend.

Best place around, they do everything right

Went to JL as usual for my oil change and tire rotation, I knew my tires where about used up and sure enough they caught that and told me (and offered to show me) that my brakes were in need of replacing. They were great as always and had me squeezed in and done in no time, I have been sending people to JL for decades, you should give them a try to.

I was able to get my car inspected , an oil change and a quick repair. My car was done and ready in no time at all. I can always count on JL for all my auto . I like the fish tank in the waiting room too!
