Disappointed
I have been using this auto service for years and usually satisfied.
I called a wk ago and made appt for 8am. I told them I would drop off car as I asked how long, told 1 hour.
I went there, said I had a 8am appt, gave key, said i would pick up later, assuming they would call me within hour.
I went there after 12pm. Car still not done. I told employee I had a 8am appt, car has been here 4 hrs. Employee made excuses. Told him he should of called me as again when I made apot, I was told 1 hour.
I was angry and made that clear, told him to give me my keys, going elsewhere .
Employee said in a condescending way HAVE A NICE DAY, which made things worse.
Very disappointed!

Not happy with service
Do not bring your classic car to this place, They tried to sell me wheel cylinders for my car that they said, was leaking and I had a few more things that they were to fix, and did not fix and they charged me for it, I paid a bill for 544.18 that they did not do the work. Matt the service writer told me that these items need replacing new wheel cylinders, headlight switch, new oil pan gasket,idler arm,I felt that they were trying to to do repairs that where not necessary, so I took the car to another shop all those items where not needed to be replaced, they where going to charge me for repairs not needed, Do Not Use this shop.

Repairs on my 1963 chevy corvair
Do not bring any classic car to this place, They tried to sell me wheels cylinders for my car that the said was leaking, and I had a few things that they charged me for that they did not fix, I paid a bill of $544.18 that they did not do any work on it.Matt the service writer told me they needed things done that where not correct, I brought it to a different mechanic and it did not need what Matt told be it needed, they where going to charge me for repairs they where not going to do, plain out fraud, ...DO NOT BRING YOUR CLASSIC CAR THERE......

HORRIBLE!!!!.
Brought my very well taken care of Chevy s-10, ( I have every receipt from headlight bulbs to fuel pump repacement) and within minutes was told " this truck has a fuel leak and it's in too bad of shape to bother fixing it, brings us the title and we can junk it for you" BOOM that's it, nothing else. Granted it's a 2002 that I've had 12 years, but I've had 4 guys walk up to me on the street hand me their number and say " if you ever want to sell that truck, please call me, plus 3 guys at work who want to buy it. Brought it to Parkertown auto who has worked on it before I moved and they fixed fuel leak and air conditioner for 600$ would never go back to don miller and would never recommend them. Horrible attitude and service.

FAILED TO RESPOND
Jon advertised a 1966 Studebaker for sale on-line. I tried multiple times to contact him, on the websiie and on his business site. I expressed my keen interest, yet I never received any reply. if the car had been sold, it would have been polite to state that. A pretty crappy way to run Jon Miller Car Center. Pass it along. I will.
p.s.- they made my pick one star minimum....truly it is ZERO stars
