Rakye said he was told his vehicle would be done in 45 minutes. He dropped off his vehicle at 11:00, and 2 and a half hours go by. He said he was supposed to get a call but didn't receive one. He said there was a lack of transparency about when he could pick up his vehicle.

Overall good experience. I am a repeat customer. The woman at the front desk although pleasant enough seemed to be scattered and preoccupied about what was happening to her personal applications on her phone. She kept talking about it and had a difficult time juggling multiple tasks.

New Customer - Will Return
I had a nail in my tire and stopped in to see if they could help me. They were pleasant and were able to help with my tire very quickly. There was no upsell or push for a new tire Instead they plugged it and I was back on the road. The cost was very reasonable too. I recommend you give them a chance to earn your business.
