We'd be happy to resolve the problem for you however that means you would have to allow us to pick up the vehicle and then deliver it back to you as we have attempted to make arrangements for. We understand this may be an inconvenience so if you need to wait until after the holidays to be without the vehicle for the day please let us know what day would work for you.
