Insurance Claim
We had a great experience with Keeler for our car repair after an accident.

Body Shop Repair
Derek Paradise did an excellent job of working with insurance companies, providing me updates and answering my questions. The repair to my car was also excellent, in that it is virtually invisible. The paint blends perfectly with the original color and my 22 year old car appears new. Thank you.

After many tries they never wanted to resolve my problem nor do the refund for their sloppy work.

We'd be happy to resolve the problem for you however that means you would have to allow us to pick up the vehicle and then deliver it back to you as we have attempted to make arrangements for. Collision repairs to my X3
From the start of the process the team was very helpful and explained the process. Bailey was exceptional at keeping us informed and Carisa was a gem negotioating with our insurance company. Both are very professional and knowledgeable in their fields. Our insurance adjuster commented on this also. Thank you to the whole team for helping in making our vehicle shine again!

Bailey was great at keeping me informed! Geico did not effectively communicate with Keeler & Enterprise which resulted in me having to pay for a rental car that I did not want. St

Communication lacked
I didn’t feel that the repairs were communicated timely or appropriately. I wasn’t kept informed, I had to consistently call. Also there was a billing error between service and collision.

Overall good but with issues
The status updates were missing, only when I brought the concern about the rental car expiration then the repair time was accelerated and we got a car exactly on time BUT one thing wasn’t done and we need to come back for the additional fix.

Bad service and poor treatment
Unresponsive - they had to keep the car twice due to poor repairs. The car is still not right. Trying to get a hold of them but no one ever answers the phone and/or email.
Truly pathetic ! I am not sure how they are in business the way they do business. I also emailed the general manager - he never responded either.
