Wonderful Experience!
This was our second time working with the guys at Keith Hawthorne Hyundai and it has been wonderful both times! Daniel and Mett were amazing and helped us get exactly what we wanted, even entertained our three kiddos while we worked out a deal. We were just driving through to browse with plans to come back the next weekend and Mett said “I used to work in a daycare! Bring the kids on inside and let’s work this deal out today!”

Awful place to buy a car
Had our car for less then 1 year it breaks down they don't know what's wrong with it say it may take weeks to fix and want give us a car to drive until they figure it out

Christian Simmons my excellent sales rep.
The first reason I traveled 75 miles to purchase my vehicle was the price! It was exactly what I wanted. They were up to 3000.00 dollars cheaper than other dealers for the same model. Second reason was the internet customer service representative was knowledgeable and very helpful in the first step of the process. When I arrived my vehicle was setting at the front door. My sales representative Christian was waiting at the front door with an umbrella. It was raining heavily. She came out and greeted me at my vehicle and brought me inside. We went through all of what she had to do with me. She was a very pleasant lady and very knowledgeable. When we were finished I then went to the finance department and went through all the paperwork and options they had to offer and finished. The finance officer was again very knowledgeable and professional to work with. I have had several emails from them on all aspects of the vehicle. They send links on all the functions of the vehicle and they stay in touch on how the vehicle is doing, if it is up to our expectations. Again we are totally happy with our experience at Keith Hathorne Hyundai.

My sales person
I dealt with Austin from beginning to end. He was patient, knowledgeable and resourceful.
All of my questions were answered. He called several times to see if there was anything I needed and if I was happy with my car. He left the door open to contact him if I had any questions. All in all, it was a good experience with Austin.

Smh
I really thought about not posting this as a review but I'll go ahead to save some people their time!

My husband and I inquired about a Jeep Grand Cherokee, was contacted in a timely manner (which was great)

We discussed doing an extended/overnight test drive on the phone because we were going to be paying this vehicle in full with cash, Austin had spoken to his manager and everyone was okay with it. My husband and I make the drive, we get there the manager comes and speaks with us, asking us why do we want an extended test drive. We explained everything and he said "So you're paying with cash?" We responded with "yes" he continued to say "okay I'll be right back" he had came back with a paper saying that "he has my pre-approval from a few lenders", in a VERY VERY RUDE tone, and continued to say in that tone "Why do you need a pre-approval if you're paying in cash?!" We explained everything as to why I was checking rates and getting pre-approvals. They let us take the vehicle for the test drive.

Everything was fine until I was harassed ALL WEEKEND asking me if we're going to purchase the vehicle, I had stated "I'm not 100% sure yet, it is up to my husband and he's at work at the moment"

Manager proceeded to ask the SAME QUESTION multiple more times, he was very rude and HUNG UP ON ME!

My husband called him back, and he told my husband "thanks for wasting my d*amn time, I knew you weren't going to buy it anyways" WE INFACT WERE GOING TO BUY IT!!!

My husband and I went to do the paperwork to take this vehicle home despite being disrespected. As SOON as we get there, this individual had came up to my husband and started speaking very VERY ugly words to my husband. My husband was then basically surrounded by the other employees as if they were going to assault him! We just gave them the keys back, and proceeded outside. As soon as we were outside the manager looked at me and said "I'm trying to NOT get fired" and I asked why, he stated "don't worry about it". I'm 99% sure that he was wanting to assault my husband.

So, gather around folks, I've got a tale that's part comedy, part tragedy, and entirely true. I've been a patron of Keith Hawthorne Hyundai for quite some time, in fact, I've bought four cars from them but recently they've shown me a magic trick so astonishing, it would make Houdini blush.

Once upon a time, my car came with this magical thing called "remote start." A little button press, and voila! My chariot was warm and ready as I sipped my morning coffee. But, alas, this fairy tale has taken a turn. Keith Hawthorne Hyundai, in their infinite wisdom, decided that this fairy dust was too precious to be free. Now, this once complimentary enchantment is locked behind a mystical paywall called a "subscription service."

At $20 a month, I pondered – is this remote start powered by unicorn giggles? Is each start lovingly initiated by a team of tiny elves living in my dashboard? The comedy of it! Charging for something that doesn’t cost a dime more to maintain! It’s like paying rent for your own driveway.

So, dear readers, if you find yourself at Keith Hawthorne Hyundai, be wary of their magical subscription wand. Today it’s remote start, tomorrow, who knows? Maybe blinker fluid or the right to use your own cup holders.

In conclusion, while I adore my Hyundai, the dealership’s latest act has been less "abracadabra" and more "abra-ca-pay-up." Here’s hoping they find their way back to customer service wonderland

Poor Service
If I could put negative 10 stars on this review I would. They have had my car since November 7th and it is now December 11th. The technician working on my car is never at work apparently and I have to call 3 to 4 times before I get an update or a response. I am waiting on a call back now wondering if this will actually happen.
