Inspection and Routine Maintenance
Had a 10:00 appt at Ken’s for inspection. They took my car in as soon as I got there. Did inspection & also a routine check on air filter & cabin filter. Filters were in BAD shape so they had new ones delivered & installed. Everything accomplished in 1 hr. All office & mechanical employees were friendly & efficient. You should try Ken and Sons Auto Repair!

This is the second time I have used this shop in both times were decent size jobs. They are extremely professional, extremely courteous, customer friendly they say what they mean and mean what they say.. prices are reasonable. They get you in fast and get the job done in an extremely respectable time. And the prices although we all know, things aren’t cheap they’re pretty damn reasonable. They really do run a great shop old-school in a good way It’s a rarity these days. tThey have a lifelong customer. And let’s not forget “ the real talent” fantastic woman qt the front counter handling all the real work. Absolutely great team and

Needed a battery for our car
We took our car to Ken’s for a new battery- which they installed with a 3 yr warranty. It ended up going bad in 2 1/2 years. They replaced it with a new one N/C $$.

Quick service
Very efficient outfit. I got my car inspection done and an oil change in one visit. Reasonable price, great service. They are as good as or better than a dealership with out the annoying upsell. I’ve never had a problem with any of my visits.

Transmission and chassis clunking
Kind of figured shocks needed replaced. Also had them check the charging system. They found alternator was not working well and replaced that too. That seemed to fix the shifting issue as well - which the dealer couldn’t even fix. 2015 with over 110k miles. They kept me informed throughout the process. Nice folks there.
