New battery
I took my husband into Ken’s Auto to pick up his car. I asked the manager if in the next couple of days I could come in and get a new battery. He said “I will have someone check it out right now.”. Within 30 minutes or less I was back on the road. It was snowing and blowing out and they didn’t want me to get stranded.

Pricey
Diagnostics test was expensive. Oil changes are getting pricey. Whoever the shop manager was to not know what a serpentine belt was. He called it the belt that turns everything. Not sure exactly I feel comfortable he knew what he was doing.
