My parked car got hit by my daughters neighbor. We contacted his insurance company and they recommended Keri. We called them, set up an appointment for an estimate and to drop off my Subaru. They communicated with the other insurance company, set up the rental car, and sent me daily texts to keep me updated about my car. I was extremely happy with the service I received from them and my car was done earlier than expected and looks great! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend Keri to anyone that needs repairs from an accident.

Review on Keri Coach to be shared with Farmers Insurance Co.
I was asked to write a review of the recent work that they did for me so that it could be shared with Farmers Insurance Co. I took my car into Keri coach in early September after they had already ordered the parts I needed for the accident I had on August 23rd. I spoke with the women in the office who were very helpful and reassuring. I also spoke with Adrian who was overseeing the work to be done on the car. I picked up my car on September 27th and it was as good as new. Everyone at Keri Coach Works was wonderful to deal with during this difficult time. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs work on their car.
It was unfortunate having an accident in general, but we were referred to Keri Coach Works and it made a bad incident seem like no problem at all. From the time we checked in and dropped off the car, to the time that they had the car for repairs and then pick up, to the rental they arranged for us, everything went very easily and very professionally. From the receptionist, to the inspectors whom assess the damage when dropping off the car, everyone was just incredibly nice and helpful. We got the car back sooner than expected and the work looked as if we just picked up the car new from the showroom. Definitely a company that takes pride in what they do. We highly recommend Keri Coach Works!

Parking lot collision with a leased car. Wanted the repair done right first time. Subaru has a list of certified collision shops, and although some were much closer, Keri Coach also participates with my insurer. That made it one stop for estimate, repair, and rental vehicle, with minimal paperwork. Was kept informed about progress throughout by text, and car was finished a few days EARLY, and came back looking like it had been detailed. Everyone was friendly and professional, couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience. Except for the accident that brought me there.
