I noticed that we were able to help you on 2/24/20 with an alignment and we also, AGAINST OUR POLICY allowed you to leave with your vehicle without paying your bill in full and let you make 2 payments. No other shop would be kind enough to do that. I would think that might factor into your review of our shop. Sorry we were unable to help you on this other visit. Sometimes this occurs, whether it be we were busy with appointments and ran into unknown problems with a vehicle, which would put us behind and sometimes unable to get to another vehicle, especially if lifts are already being used, had to order a part, or didn't have specific/specialty equiptment for that particular job which we had no way of knowing what was wrong with the vehicle when it arrived.

Yes, synthetic oil is more expensive and we use premium oil filters, but the reason for the higher cost is, you didn't just get an oil change, we replaced your air filter as well. We always try to clean out air filters if possible, but yours needed to be replaced. We also provided free of charge, tire check to make sure your safe. I hope this clears up the pricing for you.
