Thievery at its best

These guys are horrible. They use bait and switch and want to charge extra fees for their products. I went to another Hyundai dealer in Coconut Creek and they were surprised to see the extra charges. I got the same car for $1,000 less.

Possible to give them 0 stars?

They have a employee who make a deal for us, they call him “CJ”, he’s a Haitian little kid who believe he’s a big shot, but most likely he’s doing side deals with the extra keys/remotes that are supposed to give it to their customers. He sell us a broken car (brand new), without a second key, and the full gas tank promised.

Regarding the dealer itself, the first time we went there to complain about a piece on the bottom of the car that seems like was hanging, they refused to look into the problem and told me that I had to call the insurance!
After filling a survey, one of the managers name Roberto, called me saying that they will take care of the problem. My husband went there and they actually look into the problem but they said that the problem was caused by me, that I hit something and now the piece is broken and touching the floor and making lots of noise when I drive (it’s a plastic part near the front bumper that supposed provide some protection to the motor). Now.:. I can assure that I never hit anything and they can’t prove that they did not sold me the car that way. Also they still owe me the second vehicle key and a fill gas tank, but the little rat CJ said that he give us the second key which he never did!

Please, please, please don’t make the mistake we did (third car bought in this dealership so far), and go instead to the other dealer in Coconut Creek!
