Friendly and knowledgeable
I was a bit apprehensive when I got there but Robert put me at ease with his smile and he was approachable explaining everything to me and calling different dealers to get a good price for the stuff that was needed, then he called me by name.

Good professional and friendly service
When you first walk in to the service station, you are greeted by Don, the Manager. He is very professional and very friendly. You feel relieved because you know that your car will be repaired by certified mechanics.

A Station You Can Trust
In today’s world every dollar counts. This holds true for car repairs as well we all hear horror stories of people getting ripped off by stations with no morals. Well that is not the case her Jimmy the manage and Robert the assistant treats everyone professionally and takes the time to explain what is needed to fix your car. They are not going to upsell you or rip you off. If they claim a part is bad you can trust that it is bad. I will not bring my cars (6 cars) anywhere else. We drive from LI to Brooklyn to get service and when we can’t drive it due to issues AAA will tow it there. My kids drive the cars Jimmy is responsible for fixing and I known they are in safe cars and any repairs I needed were done right the first time. Mr. Singh Bolla should be very proud of Jimmy and his staff.

Fast service when car broke down on a Sunday
The manager and staff were fabulous! My car broke down on a Sunday 4 hours from home. The oil was draining out and warning lights were going off. I pulled into the station and they were quick to diagnose the problem. I needed a new hose that had failed. They called around and found one a couple of miles away and drove over to get it. They gave me a decent price and did the work immediately. We got home that night with no more warning lights going. The manager was great at letting me know what was needed and how long it would take. He was wonderful to work with.

Alternator and Lights! Service was Superb!
I had so many issues with finding the right place to go and get my car cared for and then I found them. Customer service was on point and the car ran like new when they were done. And even when I had to come back for the lights that were smooth sailing! They will be my service from now on!

Efficient and Honest
