First visit they installed the wrong windshield, had to wait 3 days, they came back with the wrong windshield, told me to wait a week to order a dealer approved windshield, they broke it when it came in, waited another week only for them to show up with ***the wrong windshield***. Absolutely ridiculous. Lack of communication among staff as I’ve been given a different answer each visit. Taking my business elsewhere as all my safety sensors have been out for a month now and they can’t seem to figure out how to find the parts for my vehicle. Not doing this run around anymore…

Window Glass
Ordered replacement window glass for my home. I was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks. Six weeks later I am still waiting for my glass. Lots of excuses but no glass. Would never deal with them and their poor service again.

Wasted our time
Called at 8:40 this morning to find out what time the guy was coming. The lady called him and he said “by noon”. So we figured we had time to run out for breakfast. He calls literally a few minutes later saying he’s going to be there in 5 mins. We told him to go ahead in but he refused to push the gate open. Amazon does it all time. Thanks for wasting a week of our time while we waited.

I got a call, my windshield has arrived, yay ( two weeks later)
The appointment is for a Monday ( the technician will call when in his way), at noon a call , oh no, we are not coming because we don’t have a part!
We will call you when the part arrive….

Scheduling and no shows
I am from out of town and Progressive Insurance agent recommended KK Glass to replace a windshield. After the rain and rescheduling 3 times then putting me off for another few days and waiting for the repair to be done I finally called Orange Blissom Gas repair and they did a fantastic job! I will never wait again for hours and Customer Service not contacting me when they changed the date and times. Even the service manager offered up no concerns.

Both young men who came out...one for the repair...which unfortunately did not take and the one who brought the new Toyota windshield out were absolutely, kind, informative, professional, and had very GREAT customer service skills that you do NOT find in young people today...I would HIGHLY recommend your company...Thank you. The first time we set up a time to have it installed, it was the wrong type of windshield. The technician could not be any more apologetic and set up a time for the following day where it was replaced. I needed to re-arrange two days to try and fit in the times due to the error.

Wrong Way Idiot
Was in Coral Springs Florida drive in to the drive thru of the bank one of the employees of K&K Glass came in the wrong Way I said to him your going the wrong Way he tells me to back up I said NO put his hazards on gets out and leaves comes back and then backs up and left real fast Truck #120 Needs to find another job this Idiot work around people
