Please stop with the fictional stories about your experience at Klipper Automotive. Your descriptions are false and inaccurate and YOU refused to communicate with me about your vehicle. You paid for the repair, then 4 days later after driving the vehicle, you decided to try to get a repair for free. You have attempted this tactic multiple times at many other repair shops in Tucson.
As evidenced by the 1000 5 star reviews Klipper has received, we always stand behind our work, with no exceptions. That includes you Sir! It is obvious to the Authorities, my staff, and other repair shops that the problem is you. Period.
There is a reason that there is a restraining order against you. It is apparent that you are now having identity issues as well. We both know that you are not the fictional character listed at the heading of this email. I have no choice but to share this email with the authorities AGAIN. I am also making a formal complaint with all of the review services that you continue to violate. Please Sir, get the help you need.
