Honda Accord - CV Axel replacement
Our Honda just stopped while driving; checked with KMA and they said
Bring it in; had it towed and it was the cv axel; they fixed it within a few days and the car is running great. Very nice, honest and reasonable! We will go back!

Poor communication
I had multiple problems with my older truck. Most were addressed. I would call to see what progress was made. I asked to be let know of what is going on. Never happened. So after over two months and$$$ still one problem left.

Professional and reasonable price.
We wasn't sure what was wrong with our Toyota, KMA came through again. It was the water pump, expensive yes but KMA was very reasonable and did the job right. I would definitely recommend KMA to everyone!

Trouble starting my Ford F150
Straight forward and trustworthy. Diagnosed the symptoms, let me know the issues and fixed the problem quickly and not one cent over the estimated cost.
It doesn't get any better. This is what you want from a repair and service shop. They have my business anytime I need service or work on my vehicles.

Excellent Care
KMA opens at 8 AM thank goodness because at -1 the heat in my truck stopped and it started over heating at 7:15 AM. They took my truck right in and had me with heat and on my way quickly. They talked price with me before doing anything. Excellent service! I would recommend them in a pinch for sure!!! I appreciated also I forgot my cup there and they called me and brought it out to me when I got back. Great customer service!!!

Lifesavers (yes I'm a little dramatic)
My alternator went out in my truck on Thursday evening. Every other auto repair in town had a wait at least middle of next week. I called KMA at 8AM Friday morning. They said bring it on in. I had my truck back on the road Saturday morning. I even noticed the rattle I've had for the last 2 years is gone. I will definitely be back if I have any more automotive needs in the future. The only interaction I had was the gentleman up front and he was respectful and got me in and out quickly.
