i am not sure why we received only 2 stars based upon the customers comments he was satified with the service that he received
I understand the you feel that our communication did not meet your expectations, however during the process of the repairs my service writer was in contact with your husband and was giving updates as we were waiting on numerous back ordered parts that was beyond our control causing delays in the repairs. From the start i am aware that you or your husband did not want the car repaired and wanted it totaled again unfortunately we do not make those decisions and it is up to the Insurance company to determine that. We provided a quality repair on your car yes we had to make an adjustment on the door but overall the repairs were put back to pre loss condition. You now have a noise in the Differential after driving the car that we could not have found during the repair process. I have contacted the Insurance company and they have agreeed to have the differential replaced once you have it diagnosed at the dealer. As to the chip in the Liftgate trim that you feel that we caused i have already repaired that for you at no cost. i am sorry that you feel the repairs were not satisfactory but i stand behind everything that we have done and provide you with a lifetime warranty.
