Great Communication - Pricing suspect
Thank you for the great communication and quick resolution of my issue, replacing the sway bar and serpentine belt for my Mazda. Customer service was exceptional and turnaround time was super reasonable. That being said, as I review the service and compare to pricing of parts and respective labor costs after service, I cannot help but feel overcharged, where the price of labor was calculated based on the call provided rather than actual effort to fix the car. Parts were premium cost as well. I guess that's the price of not fixing it yourself. Thank you for getting it done well.

Friendly, efficient & knowledgeable staff
Knights got my car right in when I had an unexpected issue with my tire. They were very professional & I’ll most definitely use their services again. I highly recommend them.

Honest service
Knights automotive quickly evaluated my vehicle, and gave me an honest opinion. There was no upselling or recommending unnecessary service to pad their pockets. I absolutely will be using them again.

Purge valve
The check engine light was on. The computer was checked. Knights automotive made sure the computer was correct before ordering the part to fix. Part was $450.00. Determined it needed to be replaced. Service was completed quickly

A great experience with kind, helpful customer service.
They were accommodating, clear in their descriptions, and efficient in terms of problem solving. It was my first time here but they made it feel like I’ve been coming here for years.

Excellent, trustworthy, friendly
Knights Automotive was recommended to me 3 years ago by a friend who also drives a BMW. I have trusted them to care for my 2014 X5 ever since.
Knights is a local family business that takes a pride in excellent service. Without exception they are knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. They just did my 100,000 mile service, installed 4 new tires and several other items. Everything needed was explained clearly to me at my recent oil change. Now my car drives like it did when it was new.
It gives me peace of mind to know my car is in such good hands and I feel comfortable continuing to drive my 10 year old car.
