Previous review removed?
Previous review described many negative things and is no longer on this site. Just know they tried to bribe me with a refund to change the review and I refused. Carrie literally said change it from 1 to 4 stars and we will then refund you. Now I am not allowed to service my car there and the review is gone. Consider this when using koeppel hyundai.

2020 Elantra
They showed me a photo that supposedly had a plastic bag in the battery and that's not true because as a plastic bag it's going to get inside it's closed. The other thing they say was a rat that got inside to relieve itself, what it smelled like was burning and they kept telling me different versions. after that they charged me $390 which they really didn't do anything. just lie

Predatory car salesman
They had the car we wanted in stock and advertised (venue)for roughly $24,790. We drove over an hour to get there. The salesman started the process, then asked us what we wanted to buy it for. And then said, how much do you think you are going to pay.
Confused, we said what we were quoted on the website. And he said they don't honor the website prices. They are determined when you come in. He then explained that they wanted an additional $3,000 over msrp and quoted the new price at $27,800. I asked why and they said because they could. I asked about the fact that you can buy the car online from them at the lower price and he said
that you cannot actually buy the car online for that price and they would add more when you came in to get the car. So we left. I have not found a Hyundai dealer in the area that is not a stereotype sleazy car salesman.
