Teddy expressed poor professional mood when promoting a lease offer to me on sep.12.2024. What he claimed is the offer was not the same I ended by. He promoted a higher trim which I agreed on to proceed in accepting the lease offer, after signing papers and received the car it turned out it is the lower trim. He said that his manager didn’t agree with him to let me pay lease monthly payment for the upper trim as the same as for the lower trim. He claimed falsely free services in the lease offer , which were not mentioned on the lease offer I signed on. I was shocked when he was asking me to sign on a2024 model rather than 2025 model. The manger interfered and lowered my lease Monthly payments.
Teddy promised me falsely as a courtesy and showing apology for his inaccurate promotion for the lease offer , to get me Car mats when I will come to a car service on Wednesday Sep.25.2024.
Teddy let me wait in front of his desk for 2hrs.waiting for him to come back from another location . When I called him , that I am still there waiting , he said within so poor professional mood , that he cannot offer the mats , since his manager didn’t agree on equipping the car by the mats.
Paul is the best sales employee in this dealer.
He packed up Teddy when I came for the 2nd time to be trained on how to benefit from the car options since Teddy was not able to help, since he is ( new ) as he said .
I don’t recommend this dealer to any one.

Driver's side cloth seat cushion fraying on 2021 Santa Fe. Second time being replaced. First time was within a few months of purchase. Technician ASSUMED we were using an after market cushion on driver's side that caused the fraying. We ASSURED him that was not the case, that the cushion was used only on passenger side because passenger side does not have power seat and seat sits very low. Driver side has power seat where driver can sit up higher and closer so there is NO need for cushion. Tried to assure technician of the case and he refused to listen and assumes we are at fault.

Not returning
Brought in my car for three factory recalls. I was suspicious when they suddenly found all these unknown things wrong and had to do a major repair that was costly. The (very new) employee bent over backwards but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Also impossible to reach anyone there on the phone. Their second recommendation was that, due to a crack, I needed a whole new $800 muffler/exhaust system. Luckily they were out of the part. Took it to my local muffler place who laughed and said I needed a $20 weld!! Unreal.

This is the third such review that I have had to write. I have a 2021 Palisade that I brought in due to the spring door breaking and now it is inoperable. I am handicapped due to cancer of the spine causing me to need a walker to be mobile. Not being able to place my walker in the rear is a huge issue. I was told it would be three days. That time has passed. I have called, and even used chat with no resolve. Ann through the chat said she would pass on my message but could not confirm when someone would call me, and she could not give me a window. The service dept at this dealer continues to be a disappointment. Especially for a high end vehicle. Just disappointed. HELP!!
I have been dealing with Mr. Tony Jackson as my service rep for many of years now, and with that said he has NOT disappointed me with the care of my vehicle!!! He has kept my 2012 Hyundai Sonata in prime condition, all while alerting me with recalls, and /or recommended services etc.. Without his direction and Excellent customer service, I doubt I would spend the money on service and or repair(s) at the dealership which can be costly. But I Trust him and he has delivered the type of service you would Hope to received from a dealership.. Thank you Mr. Jackson!! You are Greatly Appreciated.
