Always a great experience. Brian was awesome to work with, very knowledgeable, straightforward, professional and an all-around "standup guy". After years of dealing with service at car dealerships and their "corporate" service approach, where you never speak to an actual mechanic, and are often surprised with unexpected, and often unexplained "issues", it's great to go directly to the expert and support a locally-owned small business that has been in business for decades. Brian and his colleagues are honest and trustworthy, and I have total confidence in the quality of the work they do. I also feel that anyone in my family, regardless of their knowledge or expertise, would be treated with respect at Lament's. Highest recommendation!

Amazing
Brian was amazing when we had my daughter-in-law's car towed to his shop after it broke down. He fit this unexpected work into his schedule, kept us informed all along the way, and had it finished in a really timely manner. We all can't thank him enough!
