Quality communication and quick turnaround.
I have come to trust and respect the folks at Larry's. Our most recent visit was as good as we could possibly hope for. It's never fun to have a car problem. I called and got advice that led me to have confidence that the shaking we were experiencing was not from the tires. Larry's quickly diagnosed and fixed it in the same day. They also recommended other concerns and we were grateful for that.

Help on Short Notice
In a crunch for a battery for our Avalon due to imminent medical travels Larry's came through. Amy saved me some money on a Toyota OEM battery over aftermarket. Done on time with short notice. Been taking cars to them for some 25 years and will continue to do so. Solid home town service!

You are really dealing with a human, not a voicemail, robot, or AI. Just like in the old days. I appreciate their friendly, honest, way of how they deal with you. Love Amy , she's knowledgeable, fast, friendly, when she quotes you a price, for the most part that's what you pay , unless something comes up, and she'll notify you of that change. I have referred so many people to Larry's Auto, because they do honest work and you can trust them.

Pam said every time she goes down to the business, Amy and the staff are so nice, explain everything to her, and if she went to another place that told her she needed something, they will confirm or deny if she does need it or not. She said they are very honest and don't try to gouge people. She added she loves them and hopes they don't move anytime soon.

Great service & honesty!
I've worked with Larry's Auto Service for years. They are on the other side of town but I would never go anywhere else. Their fees are more than reasonable and they only fix what needs fixing. Very honest shop and Amy is great to work with! Highly recommend!
