Excellent and friendly care
I have been here now and few times for my cars and I find them to be knowledgeable and prices are fair. I am happy they can work in my 82 corvette as some mechanics don't feel comfortable with vintage cars. Staff is always personable.

Service is Above and Beyond!
I had not been a customer of Laguna Woods Auto Repair, but my car was dragging a piece of metal as I exited a Starbucks driveway, so AAA towed me there as it was quite close. The AAA driver said, “a lot of people from Laguna Woods use them. They are kind and helpful.” You can say that again! I was terrified by the dragging metal sound (apparently, I was dragging a “heat shield” under my car), but they raised it up, showed me the very bent shield and removed it. When I asked them what I owed, they said “no charge!” They also said I didn’t need to spend $150 to replace it. “When you next need an oil change, bring it to us.” You can be sure I will! As a single woman, I am happy to have found in Laguna Woods Auto Repair a fair, reliable and trustworthy auto repair company. Way to go!

Jeremy had my maintenance service done so quickly! I can rely on them to get
my car in "tip top" condition for the long trips I take to Northern California.
It is comforting to know that I can call the shop and get the information and help I need when I am on the road and in town.

Emergency Help for Towed Car!
Car died and was towed after hours to LWAR. So impressed with how quickly Bob reached out to me with analysis of the problem and the solution. I really felt my car was in good hands.
