Auto inspection prior to purchase
Didn't get to meet Chuck, but worked with pleasure to work with Phil and team! Didn't know Mike had sold shop so called to schedule inspection appointment for vehicle with Mike, and he helped me put the gears in motion. As arranged called next day & Phil got me right in and had car inspected promptly! Mechanic doing the inspection did a phenomenal job & informative! Thanks to their inspection, I did not buy the car because the frame had been welded and the wreck wasn't reflected on title, which should have been a salvage title. Additionally, they found some problems with lifters and brakes! Have used the shop regularly in the past but had not had the pleasure of working with the new owners! Very impressed with this shop, their staff and their work! Highly recommend it!

Ruben said they did a great job for him. When he 1st dropped off his vehicle, there were tire lights on and he brought it in to fix the tires. The tires were fixed, but the lights were still on and are still on right now. He brought in 2 more vehicles and the same thing happened.

Irene said they only did a diagnosis. When she went there, she already had checked the diagnosis. She paid $184 for the diagnosis and it would have been $1,100 to fix the spark plug. She did not have that much, did not expect it to cost that much, and nothing was done to her vehicle.
