Terrible service and violent
Absolutely terrible service went in for rotors came out with rusted and even worse rotors. My father went back in to see if they could fix the issue I was over charged for and the owner got physical and violent with my father. Absolutely horrible shop and disgraceful.

Common sense
This company and its tow truck staff are unprofessional rude and lack any common sense do not use this company it's a waste of your time and money

Angry driver refuses to do job
Car was not working and stuck in the middle of the street. It was late and really cold. Insurance company called this company to tow the car. When the guy shows up he's not so sure if he can drop it off at the dealership since it's after hours. Then doesn't know if he can store it (insurance company even offers to send another tow in the morning). So insurance says they will pay to have it towed to Staten Island. Drivers says no way because of the storm. The storm was a whole day earlier and the day of tow it was sunny and clear. I also had driven in a uhaul truck and the car twice that day. I told the driver that and say it should be fine. He then starts putting the truck in reverse to drive away and almost hit my girlfriend with his side view mirror. I tell him to calm down and threatens to punch my teeth in. It's only after I tell him to go f himself that he explains it's company policy. I think it's just laziness. Do not use this tow company. They will leave you hanging. Bad service. Bad attitude.
