Inspecting a campervan
My regular shop could not accommodate the height of my new campervan for an inspection. They referred me to LMT because they have a truck bay that was able to accommodate my van. Dropped off in the morning, finished by mid afternoon.

Fantastic help and quick!!!!
I was in a bind and Mark and Eric really helped me out. Got me in and out quickly, much quicker than I thought it would be but I had told them of some work I had to do and they took care of me as fast as they could. So appreciative of that !!!!! Professional and incredible customer service.

Inconsistent experience
Phone call dialogue with Eric before I went in for service was positive and customer focused. It was a different experience when I came in for service, and Eric was not initially there. The gentleman that was present was not pleasant. I’m not customer focused. If I wasn’t squeezing this aervice in in between meetings, I would have visited any of the other auto repair places in that same auto service park. Erik edge heard while I was in discussion with the gentleman and essentially took over. Service was performed to my satisfaction. I am not sure that I will return.

I took my 2023 Camaro SS 1LE to LMT Auto Repair for a Maryland state inspection, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free.

The team at LMT Auto Repair was professional and knowledgeable, treating my Camaro with the care and attention it deserves. They got me in quickly, performed the inspection thoroughly, and had me back on the road in no time. They also took the time to explain the inspection process, which I really appreciated.

As a performance car owner, I’m always particular about where I take my vehicle, and LMT Auto Repair definitely met and exceeded my expectations. Mechanics You Can Actually Trust !!
My family and I won't go any place else for car services. It's not just that they are skilled, but they are friendly, considerate, informative, efficient, experienced, and some of the nicest folks you could ever encounter. You'd be foolish to take your car to anyone else! I know I'm making it sound too good, but there's no other way to describe our experiences - they are simply the best!!

I can’t speak to the longevity of the repair yet but the customer service was expedient and customer centric, which I thoroughly appreciated. I towed my vehicle to the shop without any notice and Eric promptly called me with thorough detail of what was needed. Got me back on the road in 24 hours. Highly recommend.
