Best experience buying a used car, thank you Claudia!!
Claudia provided me the best buying experience in my 40 years of buying cars! She's very professional, helpful, transparent and thorough, not pushy at all, and she has a great sense of humor. Made my buying experience actually fun for the first time in my life. I've never recommended a salesperson, but I highly recommend Claudia, go see her if you're looking to buy a car, she's by far the best! Thank you Claudia! Great Experience
I had a great experience with my salesperson Shania. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and features. She tirelessly went over the features and even the warranties available. She was able to answer all questions. She didn't pressure me into buying and was happy to show off any vehicle on the lot. I highly recommend both the sales staff and the dealership. Shania Davis will take care of anything you need.

Sold a used, messed up car as a new car
Dec. 21, 2023, I drove off the lot with what I had been promised was a new 2023 Elantra. It had 180 miles on it, which I chalked up to a year's worth of test driving, so I wasn't concerned about the miles. On the way home from the dealership, I realized the car was pulling to one side, so I called to schedule the first available appointment for what should have been an unnecessary alignment. When I took the car in for the alignment, I was told it had had a previous owner, and that the car was pulling to one side because the tie rod was bent. I was also told that one tire had been replaced in October. So it appears that a previous owner damaged the car and returned it to the dealership in October; the dealership then fixed the tire, put the car back on the lot as if it were new, and didn't disclose the history to me when I purchased it. The dealership wholeheartedly agreed to replace the tie rod, and there was of course no charge, but took 5 weeks to do it, during which time we were give the run around and lied to.

The tie rod was finally repaired and I received the car on January 24, 2024. While I sincerely like the car, I am soured about the integrity of this dealership and the competency of the service department.

Grateful customer
Working w people for a living, I expected attitude or a huge sigh; I recalled wanting one more thing looked at (I’d forgotten to mention)…after I was graciously permitted to leave my vehicle to have one service (which, upon inspection became more services) “worked in” to an already too-busy, Long day. Was only met with complete willingness to make me happy. Thanks Chris, I’m so very grateful (and I feel safer making this 10-hr, last-minute trip, now). You were so very polite and expedient. Impressive.

Excellent deal ship that will stand behind their used cars.
We had a great experience with Long Hyundai. We bought a used SUV and had a problem as we left the dealership. I called our salesman Tony and reported it. He told me to bring it back a had the service department check it out. We were treated very fair. They fixed the problem without changing us and gave us a loaner car to drive. I highly recommend Long Hyundai of Chattanooga. Go see Tony Boyle he will take care of you!!

Excellent experience
We had a great experience with our salesman, Don, who made every effort possible to get our Santa Fe Hybrid delivered from another dealership in time for us to make a trip in our new suv. Eric, the technical guy, also was very help. We were very pleased that we were not pressured into buying and when we made the decision it was a very smooth process. New vehicle purchase
Ordered new vehicle, told 4-6 weeks to receive. One month later told next in line to be built. Two weeks later told not started and why. Addl two weeks later told still not started and a different reason why and that they could not reach mfr to find out more info. One week later contacted and told another identical vehicle except for color is avail. They would not honor the price negotiated and was now told it would take an addl 3-4 months before would receive ordered vehicle making it a 5-6 month wait potentially. Attempted to negotiate price with manager NEVER returning my multiple requests. Suddenly the sales person I initially dealt with was NO LONGER there. Discussions initially were fine/reasonable but as time went on explanations/reasons became increasingly questionable and seemed quite dishonest. I of course moved on and looked for other options. Found another dealer a bit more distant and treated very respectfully. Ended up with a MUCH better vehicle with everything we wanted and then some for much better price. I will NEVER deal with the Chattanooga dealer in any way. Look up the employee reviews, gives another view of the practices at this dealership. Don't understand why so many good reviews, maybe a more recent change of management.

Great Experience
My husband and I had a special day at Long Hyundai today. We weren't sure we were going to purchase a car, but Don and Randy made it easy to do business with them, even when their internet went out unexpectedly. Then Keith in finance topped it off with excellent service. We worked to get the best financing and they were happy to look for OUR best deal after giving options and extras we didn't expect. We drove off with the Santa Cruz of our dreams and payments that made our budget happy. Thanks to everyone at Long Hyundai!!

Worst Customer Service I’ve ever Experienced
My car was towed to the Hyundai service center on Oct 17th and the engine was experiencing issues. It was covered by a recent engine recall though. Any time I have tried calling the service center, no one is able to give me and update or I am left on hold forever. Plus, they say I will get a call back, but that is a lie every single time. The only time I can get any information is if I find someone to drive me there (because they won’t give me a loaner car), and even then the front desk lady there is extremely rude. It’s coming up on 4 weeks now, I’ve had no loaner car, hardly any official update of when my car will be ready, and I still can’t get in touch with anyone. I have never experienced such a horrible service center. Waste of my time and money. This has been the biggest inconvenience for me, considering I’ve had to find people to give me a ride to work every day for 4 weeks now.
