Inspection and tune up
Have worked with Mike and his team several times. They are quick efficient and transparent about the work they recommended. After this past visit, my 15 year old truck is running better than ever!

Not what I expected
I have been to Main and Crawford many times over the past few years and always had a great experience and this time was good but not awesome. Mike told me they changed my headlight before I ever knew it needed changing. I always change my car lights and thought because I was doing a repair costing more than $1240 that they changed the bulb as a courtesy. Nope, it cost me over $26 to get a bulb installed that I never asked for. Additionally the links they charged are normally $20 but they charge $121. The mark up on that part was just offensive. I understand they have to make big profits but I am no longer impressed with Main and Crawford.

Oil Change
Both Mike and Tito continually do excellent work for me in a very timely fashion and at appropriate and reasonable prices.

They go out of their way to ensure I understand what work they have done on my car and why. I’ve worked with them for decades and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Quick, thoughtful, and personal.
My battery had died twice before. This time I got it jumped and talked with Mike about it being something else also wrong. I went in, he called me to confirm the problem and get my go ahead to fix it. I agreed with him. My car was ready within a few hours, and I mentally thank Mike each time my car starts in this sub zero weather that we are experiencing now.
