Last minute repair 2013 Beetle
Came in needing last minute repair for Beetle. Savannah was very courteous and the crew took care of repair quickly and affordably.
They did an inspection of vehicle and provided report on items that may need attention, but not pressure or upsell me on services.
Grateful to Savannah and the techs here. I will be returning to Euro Car Care

5 STAR SHOP
This shop is amazing. From the minute you walk in you feel in a safe place. The two ladies up front are very professional and knowledgeable. Annette and Savannah. They did a great job explaining what my vehicle needed, the price and their warranties are the best. BMW never offered me this kind of warranty on anything. I would highly recommend you come and visit with them.

Refreshing Experience
I was a little nervous when I arrived at Eurocare and found it was under new owners. I have to say right from the start the customer service was impeccable. I discussed with Annette that my check engine light had been on for over 2 years, and no one had been able to figure out why.
She went over a few scenarios with me and pinpointed what my issue could be. She was so knowledgeable, I felt comfortable taking her suggestions. She quoted me a price and I left my car at the shop. When I picked up my car the check engine light was gone and remains that way 2 weeks later and the car runs like new. I would highly recommend this place not only for the great work they do, but for the quality customer service Annette provides. Two thumbs up!!!

Great customer service
Dropped off my 2010 Volvo XC 60 in the morning to have the rear brakes replaced. They had my car ready later that day in the afternoon. Friendly front desk receptionist with some knowledge of mechanical issues enough to ask the right questions to later have the mechanic/owner finalize repair negotiations and cost.

After taking our car to the dealership we were faced with a very expensive repair bill. We decided to look around for somewhere else to take our car. Euro was recommended by a local garage. Glad we did because because the repairs the dealership told us was nowhere close to what was really wrong with our car. Instead of the 2k and the problem we were told, Euro looked at our car and the problem was only a $40 part and was completely honest with us about the problem not taking advantage of us where we would never been the wiser.
