Excellent and professional service, as usual
It is not the first time my cars are serviced and repaired there. Every single time, I can be sure that only those services, and only those repairs that are really needed, will be done. The shop personnel also goes far out of its way to minimize the costs. I do not bother with competitive estimates: I just drop my cars there with full trust that only the work needed will be done, and done professionally.

Great service!
Great service! Well done after mechanic replaced the part after they figured out the problem with air/fuel sensor in 2008 Toyota Sienna. The shop emailed or texted me first with cost estimate before giving okay to go ahead to get it repair done. Always well done as I have been using Marks Japanese over 15 years.

Quality Work & People
After my radiator cracked and caused a severe coolant leak, Mark’s Auto was recommended to me by a relative since I was new to the area. They immediately took care of me and had the car fixed within 24 hours of receiving it. Since then, I’ve took my car to Mark’s for all my servicing needs, and I’ve received the same level of care at a reasonable price every time. No follow up issues, random fees, or holding the car for weeks on end. Great people and great service for a reasonable price. Highly recommend Mark’s.
