We 're very sorry sir you felt like you was taking advantage of. When we drained your radiator out the first time there was alot of junk that came out of your radiator so we did another flush to make sure we got it cleared out completely for you and did the job correctly that you wanted done so yes it did take longer than normal. The owner did take some labor off to try and keep his customers happy and coming back. The ticket was done by what the computer program said it would take for this job and not what time it really took. We are very honest and take pride in our work. Every job is not as simple as some think it should be.
