Oil change and general inspection
I've been using Mark's center for my oil changes and more. This time I got some kind of disappointment. An oil change should not be just replacing the oil and the filter, it should provide clean results. My driveway was just full of oil because of the oil change. Unacceptable. For that I could just go to Walmart and have it done the same for less price.
I also requested general inspection checks, and even though I believe they did that, I don't know what they checked. They should've provide a list of parts checked. I know the air filter was checked and brakes and tires because they asked me about those but that's about it. It would be nice to have a list of all the checks they did.

Brake repair
I hate having problems with my vehicle, but I can always count on Mark's Service Center for great mechanical and customer service. The job is always done right the first time, in a reasonable amount of time.
My extended family and I enjoy dealing with such forth-right people. We trust them implicitly.

Good job
Took 25 minutes for an oil change and its cheap. Only $39 for my Infiniti. Courteous staff and they are big supporters of our armed forces.
