Brought a car there from a local used dealer.to get an assessment. The car had a good Carfax report. 0 accidents and good service and maintenance records. I received welcoming and great treatment from initial contact to completion of service. Brittany is the best. She is pleasant, accommodating, and honest. I could stay there all day waiting just enjoying her warm and genuine conversation. Justin was very thorough and informative. Don't buy a car in the area without having them check it out. Another shop gave the car a passing assessment. Justin found thousands of dollars of needed repairs. He saved me from making a huge financial mistake. I am eternally grateful to them for all they did to help me out. I wish I lived in the area because I would bring my wife's and my vehicles there for anything they needed. Great experience. Great shop.

Great service
Had a screw in my tire. Very nice woman at the front counter got my car looked at right away. Got it patched up and I was on my way. Only negative, it cost me double the amount I usually pay at Rucki tire in Holyoke ma. But it was worth it in a pinch.
