Worst ever, do not go here!
I was robbed of 1,604.00 and my car is still overheating! Bill owner is a liar and a scammer. I was roped in by him alleging he is Christian and started his business because he was tired of people getting ripped off so I bought my dodge in for cooling leak he told me over phone 1,604.68 that was everything out the door taxes too. I agreed later my husband gets a text for a quote for 1,794.98 when I come to pick up I get same 1,794.98 I said that's not what was said over phone he said oh I'll fix it and I paid cash 1,604.00 he tells me he let my car run for an hour and test drove it, went through it with a fine tooth comb and everything was fixed nothing else was wrong on, even printed this on the work form. On the drive home a few blocks away my car over heats I call back he says bring it back this is Friday I'll look at is Monday, Monday I get a text for invoice for 594.00 I call and say what's going on oh you need a radiator fan but I'm not charging you because I warranty my work, I just ask if you cover the 136.97 but if you can't I'll cover it I just need your approval to work on it. Ok 30 mins later I get a call voicemail and a text, I need a specialty fan that cost 397.00 and he willing to work with me but now he needs me to commit to 260.00 to cover part before he can finish work. So now I'm upset I look up all the parts go to several part store there is no special fan for my car and the part number he gave me only cost 135.00 that he says cost 397.00 then the part he charged me 541.00 for that I already paid for was only 241.00 so I went into his shop very polite with my sister to ask him about the part pricing and if he could explain this special fan that's when he went off on me in front of other costumers in the shop calling me poor, saying he was doing me a favor and I'm just like every one lest I just want something for nothing, I said sir 1,604 is not nothing or poor, he said yes I upcharge on parts I'm not ashamed of it that's how I make a living that's overhead, I have to pay rent I was in shock and disbelief how unsettling, manipulative and rude he was being he was loud, then he said I don't have to listen to a woke left wing liberal you can get the fuck out of my shop. I said this is how you speak to another human being and conduct business you call yourself Christan I will never be back here I will never bring business here I will call BBB and I will file a law suit he said go ahead I never lost in court! I wonder how many other people he's done this too. When my husband and I went back to look at our text with invoice he had changed them but I do have screenshots and print outs. I paid 1,604 for an overheating issue that is still not resolved and he wanted more money when he should of had it fixed first time plus there's no warranty, no god in that man or business just just charging people 300-400 more then what the part really cost and still not fixing your problem. I will be seeking reimbursement.

Wish there was an option for 0 stars
Bill said there was a warranty on the work he did. Now that there are problems, he lies and says it's because we didn't change the oil and it's not covered. Only we had it changed twice and have proof. He told us so many lies he can't keep them straight. Then he uses his religion to lure people in.

Be warned!!
The owner is crazy and disrespectful ! I was courteous and respectful to him, but he screamed at me!! Grown man, screaming at a young woman customer!! Of course, I was shocked and very upset! All b/c I thought we had an agreement about what he was going to do on my car & I guess he thought otherwise! I know people have bad days but this was ridiculous! He called me names, like b$@!h, and I actually felt threatened! Needless to say, he didn’t end up working on my car and I reported him to the BBB. Please ! Don’t take your car here!!

Great service and honest results
I am a regular customer for anything as simple as an oil change and as complex as a problem could be. Bill has always been honest and fair, I know on several occasions he could have run my bill but has always left me pleasantly surprised.

I recommend thinking twice before taking anything to this shop. My wife and I had the worst experience with a business of our lives with this place and I truly regret ever stepping foot in there. Over a span of a few weeks and about $700 lost, we ended up with the exact problem with our car that we had before going into this shop. Between my wife and I, we were in this shop a total of 6 times and the simple problem was never fixed. To make matters worse, we never got any money back and were treated very poorly. After a traumatizing experience with this place, we eventually had to take it to a different mechanic who quickly resolved the check engine light codes in a matter of a day and a fraction of the price. The issues started from the first time we took it in. They were very rude to begin with when I asked questions about what they were fixing but I decided to go through with it anyway due to the $90 inspection fee we already paid. Whenever I picked the vehicle up the first time to be fixed, I noticed the check engine light still on. They told me to come back in and I waited about an hour and a half for the tech to determine the same codes were still coming up. I then was told they couldn’t fix it for another week. Then, a few days later, the lady at the front desk calls me and tells me that the day we scheduled didn’t work for them anymore. So, we pushed it back again. Finally, I brought it back again for another full day of work. When I came in, the lady at the front yelled at me and ripped up a piece of paper in rage when I asked a simple question. After her outburst, they told me that one of the parts was bad that they put in and that it caused the codes to be still active. This didn’t make much sense because they charged me for two different parts for two different codes and both were still active. After this, I no longer saw the check engine light and I went along my way thinking I was done with this shop, finally. Shortly after, I had a deal in place to sell the vehicle thinking everything was fixed. I was informed by the new owner that it would not pass the state emissions test due to there being codes active. Additionally, the Dobbs he took it to said that he suspected someone knew about the codes and manipulated the check engine dash indicator light. Dobbs pulled up the same exact codes that I had paid Masters Touch to fix and I was shocked. So, I called them back up and told them exactly what was going on. Then, the owner aggressively told me that Dobbs was trying to screw me over and told me to bring it back in. I had to take back the car I was selling and noticed that the check engine light would not illuminate at all when you turn the key over like it should. I then suspected that Masters Touch had not actually fixed the car and could have possibly manipulated with the light as they were the last one’s to touch it. It had only been two weeks maximum since they were supposed to fix it. I called the owner of this shop again when I picked up the car to tell him the light wasn’t coming on at all even though there were codes active and he then started screaming at me at the top of lungs and threatening to sue me for slander. I never accused them of anything. I just stated the facts. Next, my pregnant wife took the car up to them by herself thinking she could resolve it by being nice and cordial. She asked if they could inspect it and the owner immediately started to yell at her and verbally abuse her. She asked him to stop and he wouldn’t stop yelling. Eventually, a tech had to tell him to stop. She was in tears by this grown man getting in her face yelling at her and putting his finger in her face. He told her that I could not come back or he would call the police and sue me for slander. At this point, we tried everything in our power to resolve this with them. We then had to take it to another mechanic, and he confirmed that the same codes were active, but no dash indicator light would come on. The new place fixed the real issue which was only a $24 part and it was completed the very first time we took it to him. So, to sum up our experience, we lost about $700 that we paid to them and had to pay someone else to actually fix it. Not to mention the hours and hours it took to resolve everything they did to us. I would advise to keep this in mind when choosing a mechanic.

They know me here and make it simple. We're always told about any issues and given the brass tacks on whether or not it NEEDS to be done or can wait. We appreciate the honesty and not being taken advantage of for the sake of profit.
