I was conned by their website and discussions with staff to come into your location.
The issue concerns their online offer to buy out ones leased car. I recd an online offer of $14500. I am not so naïve to believe that number but followed through out of curiosity. Met with Salesman who had no idea what I was talking about. However after a long meeting with his sales mgr he gave me an offer of about $11100 vs. $14500 online offer. The offer was under the residual value of around $11400.
The salesman even hinted that the online offer was inflated to get one in to the dealership.
Please take whatever is said by Matthews Auto group with a large "grain-of-salt".
