The only way I could be happier is if it was free!
I was concerned when the service station I had used for car care for 40+ years closed. I was referred to McCullough and have used them regularly for car care since. While car care is expensive, McCullough is upfront about pricing and explained all the charges. The assignment of one contact person who keeps you up to date on progress really makes you feel like you are their only concern. While it is a bit of a hike( I'm an ITP Atlanta girl) It is well worth the trip. Thanks to Graham and all of McCullough employees for your excellent car care! You make my life easier and worry-free(at least concerning auto challenges)

Highly recommended; great folks here.
Finally..a customer service focused, full-service auto shop that doesn’t rake you over the coals with pricing. Communicative and transparent staff, who genuinely care about your car’s overall condition while taking into consideration your financial situation. There’s a good reason they’re always busy, it’s because they care about their customers and do their best to keep prices manageable. A+++

Ryan gets it done
Last week I rolled into McCullough Auto Care with a limp as my truck busted its rear end pretty bad. She had been whining about it for a while but I neglected it until it started howling around the mountain. Ryan not only rose to the occasion but tackled my problem head on as he took my truck in and gave it a heavy dose of TLC. Turns out a bearing had been chewed up pretty good back there and needed replacing. Ryan worked seamlessly with my warranty company to get the job done as the work was done timely and professionally. I’m already back in my truck and my rear end as never felt better! She’ll be coming around the mountain when she comes once again!

Outstanding, honest service
The old saying is that a good mechanic isn't expensive, he's priceless. That's how I feel about Eric and the team at McCullough. I can always trust them to recommend only what really needs to be done and do it reasonably. They're always really busy - for a reason - but if you make an appointment they'll take care of you.

AC check
I brought my car in to get the AC checked because it was slow to kick in each time I turned it on. The employee serving me, Kyle, said they would do a diagnostic test to see what the problem was. Later, Kyle said it was out of freeon, which is what I suspected, and they put freeon back in it. I was there for about two hours. As usual, the service was excellent.
