NEVER EVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!! Please go somewhere else. DISHONEST. DISRESPECTFUL. UNTRUSTWORTHY. I was so upset to see that a business owner and his employees could have such a distasteful encounter with its customers. As a witness of a horrible encounter I will never be going back there again and recommend that you look elsewhere for any service. I’ve heard of people’s complaints about this place but didn’t want to believe them. I bet the good reviews on here are all lies because the owner is so rude and showed his true colors recently. The owner all of a sudden started cursing out a customer who came in to speak with him about a service he had done at the location very respectfully and not wanting to cause a problem at all. Unfortunately, the shop’s owner was not able to control his temper and someone had to call 911. There are so many other local shops with better customer service on Long Island that I would recommend but this is definitely NOT on my list! Such a horrible experience to witness and I feel sorry for the customer who had to go through this. If I could give zero stars I would.

Lemon cars sold here w/ hidden transmission problems
Mohammed (owner) is selling Lemons used cars with hidden transmission problems. don’t buy cars from here, if you do bring your own mechanic. Don’t pay cash.

Mohammed is very dishonest and have something against women, I’m reporting him to the consumers affairs & Attorney General of New York and civil court. He should not be licensed to sell cars.

The experience I encountered at Melville Auto Services was great. They were knowledgeable, kind and the price was fair to repair my daughters vehicle. I have found a place to repair cars that is trustworthy. Great Experience!

My first car service here for my 2010 4Runner. Mohammed was friendly and courteous. My vehicle was serviced quickly and reasonably. Oil & Filter.I will be going back again.

Fast, friendly good prices
I passed by on my lunch break and I only had 40 minutes to be in and out front desk jumped right away moved my car and mechanic I did my oil change in 20 minutes and advised me of the others services they did. They were fast, friendly and very professional and prices were awesome I’ll be back for more services on my vehicle.
