I’ve been coming here since they opened, their service is exceptional. They will discourage me of doing maintenance that is unwarranted. They service four of my automobiles, i’ve had tires from tire rack shipped to their garage and learned they will match a lower price tire, getting an appointment and good service is just so easy. I got four new tires today of a higher quality as my OEM‘s were limited tothree tires in stock the total cost, including inspection alignment installation and balance was unbelievable. The tire brand has always been too pricey for my pocket, but they matched the original price! I even asked them to do the inspection that wasn’t going to expire until next month. Why not they do such a good job do it all now! Plus there is agreat coffee shop right across the street If you need to pass the time I can’t emphasize enough about doing business here. Today it’s hard to find a place like this.

Inspection
I had recently bought 4 tires from them 7 months ago...left car at 9 am and said they would call... after 7 hours I called and they said its been ready since noon!!! NEVER CALLED....
01/08/25 I brought car to leave for an inspection after making a reservation for 9 am AGAIN to leave it and said they would have it done by 2:30...I arrive and they had NO appt written down and I even showed them the phone call I made on Monday and spoke with Andy...They said he must not have written it down!!!! DAH....so the woman and guy behind the counter said there was no guarantees I would get it back same day. There was nothing they could do.... REALLLY.
THE RUDEST UNPLEASANT EXPANATION AND WITH NO SYMPATHY WHATS SO EVER.!!!

The best
Tire Pros never disappoints. Chris and Stephanie obviously value their customers. Their bay crew does quality work at a fair price. TP also stands behind their products, too. And they patiently explain what needs to be done or what was done like Kyle did for me today. We are fortunate to have such a well run auto shop here in NK!!

My entire family has been going to Tire Pros in NK for years. Tire Pros/NK has always been professional, direct and fast... One of the managers, Chris Cameron has been a incredible person to work with and has built up a trust for us that our vehicles will have great service. In fact, I have sent some of
my friends to see Chris and all have the same type of things to say regarding the great service they receive.
I’m never discouraged or disappointed at Melvin’s. I HIGHLY recommend them for all automotive issues. They are speedy, courteous and most of all HONEST! They work with the customer and truly care about customer satisfaction and helping save costs! Thank you Melvin’s!! I will be back!

In town for a weekend wedding with a slowly leaking tire. Saw a chunk out of the sidewall and knew I wouldn't get back to NY with that. Went in on a busy Saturday morning and was in and out within the hour with a new tire mounted. Service great. Chris and Stephanie(?) both pleasant and professional.

You failed.
Called and spoke with a tech. Ordered a tire, an expensive tire. I had already purchased at least 8-10 tires from you in the past. Never got a call back. I followed up with phone calls and emails, and still no reply from you. I hated to buy a tire from Town Faire Tire, but I needed a tire and you failed to provide that. This was simple to resolve. Sell me a tire! You failed on this simple task. I have been a customer for a few years now. I will probably look for someone else closer and reliable.

Everything was done wrong
The worst experience I have had at this location and have been going for years. Oil was 1/3 overfilled after oil change. Check engine codes weren’t cleared. Paid for a wiper blade that was never put on car. Still a wobble with new control arm, having another mechanic check all the work. Won’t be going back.
