Repair a flat tire
Brought my car in to have a flat tire repaired and was told it would take approximately one hour before inspecting the tire. However, within 15 minutes my car was pulled into the bay in 10 minutes later the time was repaired with a complete satisfaction. I would only recommend Melvins 21 looking for a courteous and professional staff

Didn’t get the right parts on my car
They put on aftermarket parts when I requested Honda parts a couple of different times. Their after market exhaust system they installed rotted out I’m less than two years. I was duped into thinking they installed Honda parts. That was my request. I also called Mel JR 2xs about it a d he didn’t return the call. So I’m pretty disappointed with them.

Never had an issue with ANY of the work they’ve done…they actually resolved an issue the dealer overlooked!

Great service and awesome facility
I went to Melvin’s tire pros and I needed new tires on my Lexus, they had a large selection in stock. They installed my new tires and did an alignment in less than 2 hours. I had a great experience and the price was right…! Thank you. I will be back.
