HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR SERVICE
BUYERS BEWARE!!! I would not recommend this business under any circumstances. Their warranty is a joke. They replaced a converter for me that they informed me was not damaged, but still replaced it, and charged me $2500 and when I took it back in within the warranty period to get it repaired, they informed me that their was no warranty, although it stated 2 yr 24mo warranty on the bottom, and the manager Kat said their was a warranty over the phone to me, and via text message. When I questioned her and Manual on it, they told me it's not what they put on the bottom but what they list on the top. That is FRAUD!!! They will take your money, scam you out of a repair and leave you to have to pay more money. Save yourself the trouble, and go to a reputable company. It is not here.
