Greatcounter service. They communicate very well and answer questions quickly, research if unable to answer immediately and provide information in an understandable way. They complete service at time promised. Their shuttle service and car wash service are a definite plus.

10 months of trying to fix my brand new car and they still can’t fix it.
Bought a brand new car for it not to be working the way it should. Been paying my payments for almost a year on a brand new car they can’t fix!!!!!

In my experience they have too much on their plate and that could be the reason why it took so long but I was being lied to about the service at first and I received my vehicle back with damage.
