Always excellent maintenance
Marlon is excellent at explaining the necessary work. The shop is clean and efficient and very fair in their pricing. I will continue to use Mercedes Werkstatt as our mechanic as long as we have German cars.

Alex said they were solid, timely, but one of the parts came late. He had to leave his vehicle over the weekend when he was told it would be ready Friday. When he got home, the check engine light came back on and he had to go back a second time.
